For some time, I’ve been struggling with the inability to release my emotions. I’ve tried several practices before, but they were in group sessions and didn’t really work for me. When I saw Jule’s post that she is in Lithuania and offers private sessions, something clicked inside me, and I decided to try. Oh, it was powerful. I never thought that through movement it’s possible to bring so much hidden heaviness to the surface. And the soul cards were a pleasant addition that beautifully confirmed what the body practices had already revealed.
